I Braved An 'Absolute Beginner' Pole-Dancing Class
Description:Put yourself together; practice makes perfect. Most importantly, we will have fun hanging from the ceiling of our studio in Summerlin. Since the class only consisted of Keisha, myself, Laura and one other woman, there was no need to feel self-conscious or competitive. Learn slow sensual floor, wall and chair moves that will tone your abs, butt and legs.
